It is a concern that the achievement gap between pupil premium and non pp students has grown. This is a worrying statistic that means all teaching staff have to be aware of. Try and engage lower ability and achievement groups through clear identification of objectives, and constant engagement and attention. Use positive reinforcement techniques which feed the nature of these students. Offer extra curricular etc?
